Overview:
The Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP) conducts online i.e HUDA E-auction e-auctions for residential and commercial properties (plots, shops, booths, school/hospital sites) across Haryana.
For participation:
- Visit the property site physically and check for encroachment/legal issues.
- Research for market rates in the area from local property dealers.
- Register on the HSVP website then login to HSVP login and deposit Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) (5% of reserve price).
- EMD to be deposited 48 hours before the auction.
- Pay via debit card, RTGS, or net banking.
During auction:
- Bid up to the maximum price you’re willing to pay, based on market research.
- If successful, pay 10% within 1-5 days (as per property price).
- Pay an additional 15% within 30 days.
- Make full payment within 120 days.
Consequences of non-payment:
- EMD forfeited if 10% is not paid within 1-5 days.
- 10% forfeited if 15% is not paid within 30 days.
- All payments forfeited if full payment is not made within 120 days.
