Chief Minister Shehari Nikay Swamitya Yojna scheme has been started by Haryana Government. Through this scheme, all those citizens of all urban bodies including Faridabad and Gurugram in Haryana will be given ownership rights, who have 20 years or more than 20 years in possession of shop and house till December 31, 2020 and that occupant tenant, lease Holder and paying license fees.This ownership will be given to them by paying an amount less than the collector rate. All those persons who will not take advantage of Mukhyamantri Shehri Nikay Swamitva Yojana ulbshops.ulbharyana.gov.in will be charged rent at market rate. Under this scheme, a maximum discount of 50% will be provided on the collector rate for the ownership.
About 25000 people will be benefited through this scheme and Haryana government is likely to get a revenue of 1000 crores. The data of 16000 such people is already available with the Urban Local Bodies Department. This number is expected to increase.

Eligibility / Eligibility for Chief Minister Shehari Nikay Swamitya Yojna
Before applying for the said Scheme, make sure to check the eligibility conditions given below:
- The applicant should be in possession of shops for 20 years.
- Only those people can get the benefits of this scheme, whose 20 years will be or have been till 31 December 2021.
- The applicant will have to tell through self-certified letter that for how many years he has been in possession of the property.
- Those who are not eligible for this scheme will be charged full fare as per the market rate.

Process of applying under Chief Minister Shehari Nikay Swamitya Yojna
- First of all you have to go to the official website of Mukhyamantri Shehri Nikay Swamitva Yojana ulbshops.ulbharyana.gov.in.
- Now the home page will open in front of you.
- On the home page, you have to click on Register Hair option.
- After this you have to enter your name, email id and mobile number.
- Now you have to click on the option of Generate OTP.
- Now you have to enter the OTP received on your mobile in the OTP box.
- After that you have to click on submit option.
- Now you have to go to the home page and login to the citizen.
- After that you have to enter your mobile number.
- Now you have to click on the option of Send OTP.
- After this you have to enter the OTP in the OTP box.
- Now you have to click on the login option.
- After that you have to click on Apply Now option.
- Now the application form will open in front of you.
- You have to enter all the important information asked in this application form.
- After that you have to upload all the important documents.

- Visit Home Page by visiting url ulbshops.ulbharyana.gov.in.
- Select Apply for sale of Shop/House
- Login to the Portal using your Mobile Number and click on Send OTP.
- Once You Login providing the OTP ,Dashboard will open.
- Click on Demand Notice.
- Once you Click on Demand Notice you will see your details and official approval letters attached.
- Applicants can make payment in 2 proportions i.e. 25% and 75%.Relation of time is given by the govt. so that the owner can make arrangement for online payment.
- Click on Pay now to make payment.
- Once you make payment,G8 receipt will be generated.
