NDC or NOC ( No Objection Certificate ) of Property ID is for the purpose of a sale deed that can be obtained from the DTP(District Town Planning) Office after a No-Dues Certificate is obtained from the Municipal Corporation. Providing a No-Dues Certificate for a property is an important service function of the Municipal Corporation.
You can apply for a No-Dues certificate only through the web portal https://ulbhryndc.org/ and for information, citizens can apply online themselves to get the NO Dues Certificate and not by visiting the concerned Municipal Corporation.
Some website shows wrong information to get a No-dues certificate from Municipal Corporation
To obtain a no-dues certificate from Municipal Corporation you need not require the following documents you just need to pay outstanding House Tax liability only. Below are the documents not required for the NDC certificate.
- Ownership Proof of Property
- Affidavit of Buyer (Attested by Notary)
- Affidavit of Seller(s) (Attested by Notary)
- Copy of Registry & Chain of Registries (if applicable)
- Location Map of Approved Layout Plan
- House Tax Notice / Bill/Receipt
- Titama of Land
- Proof of Development Charges (Receipt paid to Municipal Corporation)
- Proof of Approved Building Plan letter (if constructed site)
- Court decision/decree (if any)
- Previous NOC (if any)

If a citizen had applied for Property ID in the municipal corporation, council, or committee online through the https://ulbhryndc.org/ portal then the citizen could get their application status by visiting https://ulbhryndc.org/Home/ApplicationStatus.
Steps to Check No Dues Certificate Application Status:
Step1 . Visit the official website to check the Application Status i.e https://ulbhryndc.org/Home/ApplicationStatus.
Step 2. Enter the Application Number in the text box and click on Check Status.
Step 3. Once you click on Check Status, the application will be displayed.
