This registration process is applicable in all cities of Haryana.

Why No Dues Certificate is enforced?

Earlier, Tehsil officers or middlemen would get the registry done without getting dues cleared. Due to this practice, many fraud cases faced previously. Now, any kind of registration can only be done if all dues against the corporation are cleared.

To get the NDC, the urban local bodies department launched new software called – “No Dues Certificate Management System” i.e website url https://ulbhryndc.org/. It is an online-based platform where you can find all the details regarding your property along with the pending dues. You can even make the payment online through this software and get your “No Dues Certificate” online.

Govt. has integrated all data – water, sewage, property tax, and development charges, into the portal. If your dues against the civic bodies are not cleared, then the token for registry registration will not be generated. The process has become completely online. If your dues are cleared, you will get your ‘No Dues’ certificate online immediately.

The Taxes and the charges which are covered under the ‘No Dues Certificate’ are :-

  • Property tax
  • Development Charges
  • Fire tax
  • Sewage Charges
  • Water and Solid waste charges.

Step1: Visit official website of Urban Local Bodies for No Dues Certificate.

Step2: Register yourself as Citizen. Click on New Registration. SignUp with the details like Name , Mobile Father/Husband Name.

Step3:You will receive an OTP, submit the OTP to complete the ulbhryndc registration process. Once registered, you will be able to login with your mobile number and get all the details of your property. You can check all your dues such as property tax, sewage charges, development charges, and other payments. To make the payment, click on the payment option, generate your ‘No Dues’ certificate and download it or print it and if there is any mismatch in the details of Property then citizen can raise an objection for the same.

There is a provision to raise an objection in case of a miscalculation of your dues or in case of any doubt. Once you raise an objection, mention the amount you already paid and attached supporting documents. Within a specific time frame, the concerned officers of Corporation,Committe or Councill will check the details on their records and verify the details if objection raised are valid.
