Now a days it is very difficult to visit government offices for creation of Property ID in Covid time ,in consideration of safety of haryana government has provided a facility to citizens so that citizens can apply for creation of Property ID online.
Below are the steps for creation of New Property ID in Municipal Corporations, Committee and Council.
Citizen has to visit the No Dues Certificate Management portal using the URL:- https://ulbhryndc.org
STEP 1
Citizen has to create an account at NDC portal if not created then he has to register himself at the portal (Click Here) (Screenshot Attached below).
STEP 2. If already registered then click here and select the Login Type as Citizen and enter your registered mobile number (Screenshot Attached).
STEP 3. Enter the OTP sent on your registered mobile number and click on the Verify OTP & Submit button.
STEP 4. After verification of OTP citizen will be able to login at the NDC portal. By using the search option citizen can search his property. If his property ID is not found then he/she may submit his/her request for creation of new property id (using the please click here link as shown in the screenshot).
- It is certified that I couldn’t find property ID of my property while searching property using the facility to search property on this portal.
- In case, any information provided by the applicant is found wrong at any stage of time then he will be liable to be punished and penalized as per Indian Panel Code and under section 87, 88, 101, 104, 145 of Haryana Municipal Corporation Act, 1994/ under section 69, 86, 87, 94, 95, 98 of Haryana Municipal Act, 1973 as the case may be.
STEP 5. Click here to proceed button then application form for generating property id is displayed (Screenshot Attached). Fill all the details and locate your property using the pointer shown below and click on the NEXT button to proceed for the next step.
STEP 6. Enter complete details of your property like owner details, property details, floor/construction details along with the required documents and click on the submit request button to submit new property id request (Screenshot attached below). If it’s a subdivision of existing property then select Yes otherwise select No as shown below
If Yes is selected then enter the main property id and click on the fetch property details button. As the application form is submitted an OTP will be sent to the mobile number as entered in the owner details section. Once the OTP is verified New Property ID request is submitted along with the application no (Screenshot Attached).
STEP 7. Enter the opt received on registered mobile.
STEP 8. After you enter the OTP you will receive Application number .Your Request is submitted successfully and it will be processed within 10 days
If citizen founds their Property ID and finds some correction like Name , Address, Property Category etc. then citizen can raise an objection.Click here for more info.
Please clarify what is ‘site map’ for property ID generation and how could it be gained?
It is simply hand drawn map of the site.

Hello, I’m trying to create a new Property ID for Piyush Heights (778), though post selection of this site, I am not getting any “marked area” to place the map tag. Also am getting a message: You are marking your property outside Approve Area, so you cannot apply for No dues certificate, For more information please contact the nearest MC office.”
Please advise if I am selecting Piyush heights correctly?

I have applied a new property ID request in MCG through a agent, The agent filled the details in Property tax grievance section at MCG web site. He applied on 02.05.2022 and share us the GRI number along with the regestered mobile number.
But till date the status is showing Waiting For Approval with 53% status bar and showing that file is under process with Zonal Taxation Officer.
Pl. advise, After aplication already 15 Days passed.

Please advise how to get a duplicate property ID for the same property deleted. BPTP had already created a property ID for my plot and I was not aware. I have gone ahead and created another property ID FOR THE SAME PLOT. How to get the new property ID deleted. thanks.
There is no such provision for deletion of Property ID. Please visit your zonal office and diary application to respective Zonal Taxation officer so that they consider and issue this to another property ID.
