How to Register Myself on the Property Tax Dues Payment & No Dues Certificate Management System (NDC) portal?

Visit the portal https://property.ulbharyana.gov.in. To register yourself on Property Tax Dues Payment & No Dues Certificate Management System (NDC) portal, Click ‘New Registration’ button -> Fill the mandatory details such as:

  1. Full Name
  2. Father/Husband Name
  3. 10-digit self mobile number

Click ‘Register’ -> 6 digit password (OTP) generated & sent to the registered mobile number -> Enter the OTP -> Click “Verify OTP & Submit”.

The registration is successful and the portal can be accessed after Login.

How to Search My Property ID on No Dues Certificate Management System (NDC) portal FAQ?

Login -> https://property.ulbharyana.gov.in. Under the tab ‘Search Property’, select the Municipality Name from the dropdown (Mandatory Field). Any information such as Colony, Property Category, Search by Plot No., Property ID (eight-character), Old Property ID, Owner/Occupier Name or Mobile Number can be filled to search the Property information.

It can also be searched on the GIS map -> Click ‘Search on Map’.

How to Self-Certify My Property ID on No Dues Certificate Management System (NDC) portal FAQ

After searching the Property ID, click on ‘View Details’. All the details pertaining to property will be reflected. Within each sub-head, a blue-colored highlight seeking the correctness of data should be verified by clicking either ‘Yes’ or ‘No’. In case all the data is correct, select ‘Yes’ and click on ‘Verify Details’. The Property ID will be successfully self-certified.

Select ‘No’ -> Click ‘Update Details’ -> Rectify/Update the details along with supporting documents -> Click ‘Save Draft’. An objection is raised and will be addressed by the municipality. Self-certify the details once the objection is disposed by clicking on ‘Verify Details’.

Login -> https://property.ulbharyana.gov.in/. Search the property with any of the below mentioned parameters:

  1. Owner Name
  2. Self Mobile Number
  3. Search by Plot No.

How to create Split IDs from existing Property ID?

Login -> https://property.ulbharyana.gov.in. To create a Split ID, follow the steps to create New Property ID on the portal. Under the sub-head of Property Detail(s), Click on ‘Yes’ of ‘Whether it is sub-Division of existing Property Id’.

An existing PID can be split in two ways:

  1. Horizontally where the plot area is sub-divided
  2. Vertically where the floor-wise sub-division takes place.

Click Plot Subdivision/Floor Subdivision -> Enter the Property ID -> Click ‘Fetch Property Details’ -> Enter the desire Plot Area to split -> Click Refresh Plot Area under ‘After Subdivision Plot Area Remaining of Main PID (In Sq. Yards)’ -> Tick ‘I agree and click here to submit’ -> Submit Request. The concerned municipality will review the request and take necessary action

Note: An existing PID can be split in the following cases only:

  1. Where plot/area of an existing property ID is to be sub-divided
  2. Where the property ID earlier created is for more than one floor but now floor-wise sub-division is required
  3. Where the property ID earlier created shows two or more plots/floors merged together whereas the plots/floors belong to different owners in actual.

How to generate No Dues Certificate (NDC) from no dues certificate management system?

Search the PID -> Pay All Dues and Generate NDC -> Click ‘Print NDC Receipt’ to view and print the No Dues Certificate.

Alternatively, It can also be generated Under the tab ‘Download NDC/Receipts’ by entering Transaction No. and Mobile No. and click on ‘Search’. Click on ‘Action’ on the left to view and download the NDC.

Note: A manual application to get the No Dues Certificate is not required.

What will be the fee for Creating New PID Request?

There is no charge for creating New PID Request in Normal Mode. The timeline will be 10 working days.

How can I update my details in less than 10 working days (Priority Service)?

While creating New PID or Split the existing PID, Under ‘Select PID Request Type’  Select ‘New PID Request under Priority Service’. The timeline will be 2 working days starting from the successful receipt of payment. The fee under Priority Service will be INR 1,000 only

How can NRIs/Foreign Nationals without Indian Mobile Number login on the portal ?

NRIs can register on the portal using the option “NRI/Foreign National Registration”. For registration, email-id is required and Mobile Number of Foreign Country is required. Please enter your email-id. An OTP will be sent on your email-id and another OTP will be sent on your Mobile Number through Whats-app for verification. After verification, your profile will be created.

Thereafter NRIs/ Foreign Nationals can login with their registered email-id.
