Step-2 Now to pay your property tax, on the right side of the menu section click on Services then Property Tax. Click on the property type (Commercial Property or Residential Property) for which you want to pay the property tax. For your reference screenshot attached below :
For Commercial Property
To pay your commercial property tax, click on Commercial Properties option then the following page opens in front of you, here you enter your property id and click on send OTP for further proceedings. For your reference, the screenshot attached below:

To pay your residential property tax, click on the Residential Properties option then the following page opens in front of you, after reading all the instructions carefully scroll down the page and click on proceed button.
After clicking proceed button the following page opens in front of you
If you know your property id then select the Property Id option and enter your property id and mobile and click on send OTP for further proceedings.
If you don’t know your property id, in this condition you can use the second option i.e. House No to know your property id.
Just click on the option House No then select your ward and your house no and click on the search button, the following results will show in front of you which includes Property ID, House No, Owner Name, and registered mobile number. now select the displayed results and proceed for further tax submission.
